Delivering Express Mail was like football back in my day, I made a lot of 'touch
downs' meaning it was a premium product, was delivered on time and it was rare I'd bring one back to the station.
NOW I work at the call center where I take reports of them being days and weeks late. Since Louis DeJoy was placed as
Postmaster General, the Customer Care Center is more like a Mail, Package and Identity Theft Reporting Agency.
It's like baseball. A Homerun if Customer's simply get their package within 5 days (Express is 1 or 2 day, most guaranteed

out ie. late delivery and after 3 calls to the PO, Customers MAY learn a criminal has a key to the whole city. And perhaps
that's why your signature waived Express wasn't left in your (un)"secure mailbox." Some areas have required
Customers to pick up from the po themselves for over a year!

I was a Letter Carrier a few decades ago, employed as a PTF (Part-time
flexible), our Special Delivery Unit in Long Beach, CA. 90809 postmark moved - from a city with a college, university, multiple
hospitals, HUGE commercial port next to another port, airport, train station, tourist destination, cruise terminal.

From Street Walker (Carrier) to Call Center Clerk at
1-800-ask-USPS, someone called in for his own personal package but mentioned he "worked for us." I asked how
and he mentioned an Express Trucking Company called EAGLE.... I cannot use company info even if I wrote it down and that's
as far as I need to share because my CONCERNS ARE: Is that trucking co owned by "The Egle"? (my nickname
for DeJoy because I have GOOGLED him since April 2020 and have learned some patterns (like Apple Steve Job's with his release
date 7-11, 6-9 and some other sequence like 10-11-12 or something. DeJoy has adopted (kidnapped?) the pour US Eagle!
My BIIGEST concern since, one late December Sunday I was walking downtown LB, assisted a trucker who had a very heavy accent
and his lady friend hobbling around connect with the USPS worker inside. Of course I inquired about his background since
HANDLING US MAIL (and PACKAGES!) INCLUDE TAKING THE OATH re: THE SANCTITY OF THE MAIL. Has Louis DeJoy taken the oath?
IS the oath offered in other languages? Who is handling YOUR mail?!
ALERT! Coworkers! If YOU were involved in the Same Day Express Mail commercial that ran DeJoy's first month or
know if the USPS Express Commercial Account holder information was save after those accounts were deleted from the system
July 2023? Was the List EXPORTED or shared with United States Postal Service... "competition we can NOW say since
DeJoy is running it like a failing business ie. One Way Mailings into the Hands of Thieves." SMART business
realize this and (request signatures) or go elsewhere like the competition DeJoys and Friends are INVESTED in, lol, ha ha,
