SACHI BAR for accomodating TPSradio's Podcasting Fundraiser and The SKY ROOM for hosting the fanciest Anniversary
Party ever for The Prime Spot!
* I came across yet another coffeeshop with a sign "Closed
on Saturdays until further notice." I asked why. "Because the owner is losing money." DUH!
Advertise. DO Something. The most important thing in business is CONSISTENCY. A consistent good product
and REGULAR HOURS. It amazes me how many businesses open without the owners knowing the basics.
Please note, I rarely recommend people for anything, although when I recently opened my friend's
garage door and it came off my hinges, I thought of an ol' neighbor, a carpenter-turned-cable installer I knew.
BIG MISTAKE! Not only was it NOT fixed properly, when he came by to reclaim a bag of items he'd forgotten,
it contained an item that belongs in the garage. Nice, huh?
And ask about the friend looking to get a fence made, the first worker took a year, and the second hired hand took off - of
course only after he asked for/received an advancement in pay! REMINDER: Just because you meet someone via The
Prime Spot, Club562, or any social gatherings, DO NOT ASSUME these contacts are safe, clean and honest people. REMINDER:
Check References.
Welcome to The Real World!
